Your will have class work and homework assignments.  All assignments must be completed in pencil.  If you are absent it is your responsibility to complete any missing assignments.  The calendar with assignments for the day can be found online on my webpage calendar.  It is very important you complete all assignments.

                            

Materials Needed

 

• 2 – Composition book (100 pages)

• Pencils (at all times)

• 2 boxes of Kleenex – Last Names A-L

• 2 bottle of Disinfecting wipes (Lysol or Clorox) - Last Name M-Z

 

If you would like to buy your own sharpener, color pencils, scissors, and glue these things will be used in class often.  These items will be available in class regardless.

 

Grading

 

The following categories will be graded every week.

• Class work – daily work, DMR, ISN checks.               

• Homework – Monday thru Thursday assignments done at home.              

• Assessments – Tests, quizzes 

• Participation - You will receive PBIS points for attendance and participation.           

The most important thing is that I do my best, complete all assignments, and stay on task.

We will be using an electronic system of recording good and bad choices in the classroom.  You will scan a code and fill out a time stamped form listing reasons for good or bad choices.  Every three weeks there will be a raffle in which all students in the good choices list will have a chance to win a reward.
